Voters Engineering (VE) is an academic journal published by Center for Democracy and Human Rights Studies, based in Surabaya Indonesia. The journal focuses on three aspects of voters engineering: voting behavior, political communication, and political marketing. Other aspects of electoral studies are welcome, although limited to the latest conceptual and methodological developments which significantly shape new understandings about vote dynamics, such as electoral system, election rules, and the media. The publication is issued twice a year (June and December).

We welcome all experts, practitioners, and academicians who are interested in voting engineering system to submit their articles. Articles in this journal discuss various current issues in voting dynamics in local and global. Submitted articles will be reviewed by Indonesian and international experts in voting engineering system. Authors can submit articles by following the scheduled publication of VE in June and December. Articles could be written in either English or Bahasa Indonesia.
